When will I receive my order?

Stock items are despatched the next available shipping day. 

Production items take around 2 to 3 days, depending on quantity. For Grind to Profile days are counted from approved drawing.

For non-stock items like custom tooling manufacturing time may vary depending on the brand.

Our team will be in touch to inform delivery times and dates.

What are the available delivery methods?

Our preferred delivery method is Startrack – Starshipit. 

For selected customers we can use Australia Post or the customer’s preferred logistics company using their account number.

Can I Return my product?

Yes, you can return your product under the following conditions:

• We arrange collection, the credit will be applied when goods are received.
• Claims are accepted until 14 days from product delivery.
• A restocking fee of 20% will be applied.
• Waranty of every product is as per manufacturers terms and conditions.
